“What’s going on? Are you okay?” Ariana approached her, full of concern.
Sarah looked down, shaking her head, then offered a weak smile. “I’m okay, really.”
“You don’t seem okay at all! Come on, tell us. We’re here for you, no need to hide anything,” Sonia chimed in, sitting down next to Sarah.
At Sonia’s words, Sarah seemed to struggle to keep her composure, her face tensing with suppressed anger. Soon, her defenses fell, and tears welled up in her eyes. With a heavy heart, she said, “Aziel… He’s been cheating on me.”
“What? How is that possible?” Sonia’s eyes went wide with shock, and Ariana shared the same reaction. They exchanged looks, both thinking the same thing.
