In a luxury car somewhere in Seamarsh, Fernando was behind the wheel as he peeked at Matthew through the rearview mirror from time to time.
Matthew’s face was void of any emotion and his eyes were shut.
Even so, Fernando could feel his gloom and cold aura.
Suddenly, Matthew’s eyes flew open.

“Mr. Clark, do you need me to do something for you?” he asked tentatively.
Matthew thought for a while and said in a low voice, “Drive to the company.”
“Okay!” Fernando answered and stepped on the gas.
As soon as Matthew entered the office, he picked up the receiver of the landline and called for the Lawyer to come up.
The lawyer knocked on the door and came in a couple of minutes later.
“Mr. Clark.”
“How is the divorce proceedings going?” Matthew asked coldly without raising his head even once.

The lawyer replied, “I’m afraid that I haven’t been able to reach her since that night. It appears she blacklisted my number.”
Matthew’s face darkened.
He shot his lawyer a murderous glare.
The lawyer flinched and looked away in fear.
Before he could defend himself, Matthew barked, “Loser! Get out of my office!”
The lawyer instantly looked horrified.
“Yes… Mr. Clark,” he answered in a trembling voice and darted out as if someone was chasing him.
Leaning back in his chair, Matthew stared blankly as the ice in his eyes increased and his face hardened even further.
He was shocked to learn that his wife was so audacious.
How could she stall the divorce process even though she cheated on him?
Matthew sneered. He decided to see her and talk about the divorce.
